I am writing to express our appreciation for the arrangements made by you for our stay in South India from 07th March until 18th March. Everything went according to plan and we had a wonderful time.

In particular we would wish to express our appreciation of your driver, Amjad.  He is courteous, extremely knowledgeable and an excellent driver but no doubt you realise this already!  We felt safe with him at all times and nothing we asked for was too much trouble for him.  Please pass on our thanks to him and when we are next in South India we shall certainly ask for him to be our driver again.

I would like to tell you how please and thrilled I was to have taken the South India Tour on 18 February 2006. The trip was well planned, the accommodations were excellent, for the most part, with the exception of the hotel in Kerala just "blew my mind away." I feel that in no small way were the excellent guide, Johnson, and the very capable driver Sunil, instrumental in making everything run like clockwork. 

Johnson's indepth knowledge of the areas we visited is very commendable. Sunil's patience and friendly smile made me, and I feel, the other participants, at ease during the whole 19 days.  If there is any way possible, I would appreciate your passing on to them my sentiments. I have taken many tours with various companies around the world, but I don't think I have met any guide as capable, helpful and friendly as Johnson, and no driver who could surpass Sunil's competence. .

Dear Sir or Madam:

We recently took a holiday to Kerala with Coastline Holidays and feel that you should be aware of how pleased we were with our experiences.
Our car was clean and comfortable; the places of interest that we visited and the location and quality of the hotels were all above reproach.

Our driver was Thomas. He handled himself, in all circumstances, in a professional and courteous manner and was kind to all his passengers. We were very impressed on a number of occasions with how safely and easily he manoeuvred his large vehicle through some very tight places.

While the above were excellent, our tour guide, Noel was the single most important factor in this holiday being one of the best we have ever taken. He was knowledgeable and had a clear and humorous way of presenting information. Noel gave us excellent advice on a number of things from shopping, to menu choices, to keeping our possessions safe. Noel obviously has a gift for dealing with people as he appeared to effortlessly keep harmony amongst a group of fourteen strangers. (We did have two or three demanding people in our group and he handled them respectfully and successfully.)

We feel it is important for Coastline to be aware that the company has an exceptional employee in Thomas and hope he is treated as such. Because of Thomas and the enjoyment he gave us, we would have no hesitancy in recommending Coastline to people considering travelling with Thomas and Noel.

Mrs All the arrangements were excellent and the staff of Coastline Holidays were splendid; particularly our tour manager Mr Noel who was charming, knowledgeable, helpful beyond the call of duty and enthusiastic. We particularly appreciated being met and assisted with all the transfers which went very smoothly.

I recently returned from the most amazing trip from Kerala. Traveling 9 days Easy Pace was a spectacular way to go. I was glad to have the choice of a relaxing day or one of sightseeing through the optional excursions. I chose all the excursions offered on the trip & loved every minute. The car used for the transportation was extremely comfortable. Our driver Suresh was an awesome guide. He was ALWAYS cheery and so full of knowledge. I can't say enough good things about him. I highly recommend your company for traveling. I had the time of my life in Kerala by going Easy Pace.

I would certainly recommend "Coastline” to all and sundry after our most wonderful experience on your "Kerala" tour.
The vehicle was nice, clean and kept very well. It was being cleaned by the driver daily and hence we felt very fresh and pleasing every day. The driver Nazruddin is a very good person. He knew when to talk to us and when to keep distance. Treated me and my wife with utmost courtesy and friendliness. He is one of the best tour drivers I have ever met. I request the company to convey my heartfelt regards and thanks to him. And to note that my satisfaction with him has been full and hence will request all my friends if they want to tour Kerala, then it should be with your company and to specifically ask for Nazruddin

My wife and I would like to say thanks for a great holiday. We were on a tour to South India in January of this year and we had a wonderful time. The vehicle was in excellent condition. The driver ensured its cleanliness each day of our 10 day trip. The driver was very responsible. He was there at the airport before we landed and was with us every step of the way. He was very careful driving, us around especially in inclement weather ie, fod and heavy rain. He was very knowledgeable about the areas we visited and he was very helpfull arranging for our excursions. Raju was an excellent driver. We totally enjoyed having him as our guide in South India. He is a friendly and energetic person who is both warm and caring towards all. Our children especially Meera will miss his company. We would highly recommend him to all of our friends and family..

We will remember this trip for a long time.
